Description
The organic extra virgin olive oil we produce is obtained from Italian olives exclusively cultivated and cured at every stage by the Eredi Tito Albani farm. Produced in our company mill, made precisely to offer the consumer a product coming from a short supply chain and really from km 0 and from certified organic farming. It was born to meet the needs of all lovers of certified products obtained with respect for our territory. The raw material is brought to the right degree of maturation without the use of chemicals thanks to the natural fertility of the soil, in full respect of the entire ecosystem. In the months of October – November every year the olives are harvested and pressed on the same day of harvesting and exclusively with cold mechanical systems to keep intact the sensory qualities of the product in full compliance with the current Italian and European regulations. The excellence of the sensory and nutritional characteristics and the unmistakable taste of organic extra virgin olive oil make this product a fundamental element for the health and well-being of our organism.
